Pick Up time should be accepted only if there is 1.30 hrs gap between the chosen time and current clock time #8

While mentioning the pick up time, the system is even accepting time prior to the current time. If such is the case, a prompt should come to tell the user that he can't choose a time which is 1.30 hrs ahead of the current clock time.

Fixed: Removed "Today" button and added logic for same
