No way to login mobile Sugar with the phone (works perfectly from the pc browser) #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading the page from a samsung playerstar
2. entering user and password
3. cliking on "login"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am supposed to see the CE Mobile CRM v0.0.2.4 home page as it appears in my 
pc browser. But nothing happens after cliking on "login" button. In addition, 
images do not show up (no nice CE Mobile CRM v0.0.2.4 interface, but text only) 
and a list of bullets and empty modules.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CE Mobile CRM v0.0.2.4, Sugarcrm Version 6.2.3 (Construction 6658), the server 
uses Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.

myself facing the same issue. little modified
even i cant login broser also
www.crm.companyname.com/mobile -> will open the index page. but cant able to 
login
if i give admin userid and pwd. its keep on loading
pls advice.

Hello,

i have the same problems. It doesn´t matter which browser or system (iPhone, 
Android, Firefox, IE ..) and also not with a laptop (Mac, Windows). The 
mobile-url is (www.company.com/sugarcrm/mobile/index.html) and shows the 
login-mask, but nothing comes back; only "loading ...".

Sugarcrm: Versionen 6.5.13 (Build 1041)
Mobile: CE Mobile CRM v0.0.2.4

I would very much appreciate a quick help.

did anyone figure this out?  I'm also having the same issue.

I'm happy to spend a bit of time figureing it out if needed, but would love it 
if someone else already has.
