Mobiscroll timepicker flickers in android #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open timepicker. Work with it for some time. set and cancel
2.After some time the picker starts flickering means it appears and disappears 
taking the default value as selected one.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Picker should show on the page untill we hit set or cancel

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0

Please provide any additional information below.
It comes on adnroid only.

Please try the latest version (2.4)
If it still occurs, specify the exact Android version and the device you're 
using.
