Text-Area rendering goes Wrong #3268

Description of your Issue or Request:

Missing Border at textarea, only in chrome

steps to reproduce (Add more if necessary):

1. image On the first image there is a border on the right, like it should be (MS Edge) 2. image However when i open it in Chrome, theres a border missing. Any suggestions, what the problem could be? Thanks in advance

  1. Operating System: Win10
  2. Browser and Version: Chrome & Edge (newest)
  3. Summernote Version: newest(CDN)
  4. Bootstrap Version or Lite: newest(CDN)

Sorry this wasn't looked at sooner, I was unable to replicate your issue, so I am going to assume it's since been resolved. In future if you could please add the actual versions (not just newest) that would greatly help, thank you.
