Turn focus off on init #3293

What is your Operating System, Browser and Version and Summernote Version you are using:

  1. Operating System: Windows 10

  2. Browser and Version: Chrome (latest at 7/2/2019)

  3. Summernote Version: v0.8.11

  4. Bootstrap Version or Lite: 4.2

Even as focus is false by default. it still focuses the textarea on page load
