user_hosts.conf不起作用 #317

我在user_hosts.conf中添加
www.baidu.com=127.0.0.1
在user_spac.json添加
{ 
    "Host" : ["www.baidu.com"],
    "Proxy" : ["Direct"]
},
竟然照样进入baidu

请问user_hosts.conf里添加的host=ip在什么情况下有效？
