Functionalities for the Discord bot to send DMs to users

Current planned additions:

[x] Accepted / Trial completed messages for mentor applications
[x] Denied applications with ability to add denial reason (Functionality on the /admin/apps page)
[ ] Automatic message to send out surveys for students to fill out after a session is over

Possible additions:

[ ] Send automatic messages to mentors when their requests are in In-Progress for too long
