Bug: Navigation Links Not Highlighting on Scroll Down #152

Screenshot 2023-10-22 144651 Screenshot 2023-10-22 144706 When scrolling down the webpage, the navigation links in the header are supposed to highlight to indicate the active section of the page. However, there is a bug that causes the highlighting functionality to fail.
