Most papers are really good but we don't have time to read them all. We need to come up with a way to select the papers that is interesting to most of the people attending / relevant in understanding deep learning in a better way.
From the top of my head, I can think of linking this to a Google+ Community page and have some polls or opinion discussion so that it keeps the groups page and github page free from clutter (This post can also be considered as clutter)
Thoughts?
Or we can open a new issue as soon as a meetup is suggested and then discuss based on the organizers' suggestions and a gist of why they chose the paper, etc.
