_Suggestion_ : Usage of annotation tool for collaboration #4

I would like to introduce Hypothesis for collaborating in terms of annotating the papers we read. It would be useful in terms of highlighting and adding notes to the pdf documents. (Once again, referring to #3, This can also be considered as clutter). PS: It is a chrome extension so it is kind of easy to use.
