Integration wii64 code into CFG #34

It is possible integrate inside of CFG-loader-mod the code that manages the 
remote-plus control and the nunchuck (you see project Wii64 (abandoned)).
With the  DML_rxx we must have GC controller

The loader is not responsible for running GC games.
DML is responsible for running GC games (also controlls).
