so sorry for a post i try to Compiling the r28 but i get this error can any one 
tell me how to fix ..... thanks :)

It means you need "libgrrlib.a" , "libntfs.a" and "libext2fs.a".

Put these files under \devkitPro\portlibs\ppc\lib\
