Classic Controller Pro doesn't work right #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Cfg or Cfg Mod
2. If you haven't already, plug in a Classic Controller Pro

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cursor should stay still unless you move in one specific direction.  
Instead, it always goes to the bottom left corner.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
All of them.  This is a bug that has existed since the original Cfg.
