Incoming 1.0p7.9 changes,fixes and new features #41

This is last changes of the incoming version (few hours):

[x] Fixed the last line issues in LGPO Font Rendering Engine.
[x] Better LGPO backgroud fill (ready for gradient and faster).
[x] Fixed LGPO x,y scaling issue on portrait.
[x] Added very useful autocentering option to setCursor (see wiki).
[x] Modified font file (fonts need reconvert), added the new template 2.4 and changed presets.
[x] Font rendering now handle correctly monospaced fonts.
[x] Fixed tiny issues with defaultFont, now is also lighter.
