How to connect to arduino leonardo?? #58

Hello, I need your help, I dont know how to connect the board on the ardu leonardo,and how to convert the script for it's use.Based to this immage http://imgur.com/B7ZYyQy how should i connect the pins and what should i change in the script??

Please i cant find any relevant tutorial for this any advice is apreciated

I FIXED IT ;My mistake ; now i know how to do it :)
