Thank you for your messages, could you please share more details (eg. logs) from it will be easier to understand what the issue could. Based on your messages we could only make assumptions and it will not solve the issue.

I have your system connected to my custom POS. sometime the time needed to connect the reader is so longer than my customer tell me that something doesn't work sometime is needed to restart my tablet to see the connection.
exist one way to connect and keep the connection for whole day?
P.S: when the connection is longer I tried to use your POS system and.... nothing change: 1/2 min to enable the connection.
