Bluetooth disconnect locks the transaction #101

When transferring the details over to the terminal, if bluetooth is then disabled the modal gives a warning to enable bluetooth and can not be dismissed. Enabling bluetooth again removes the message but resets the terminal and doesn't resume.

Repro steps:

  1. Checkout
  2. Wait for the terminal to show the price
  3. Disable bluetooth
  4. Re-enable bluetooth

Actual Behaviour

The app is now soft locked.

Expected Behaviour

The transaction resumes.
