Dismiss SumUp dialogs from code #70

Open meurig opened 5 years ago

I am working on a self-service checkout (kiosk) type application.

The problem we're having is that one user might walk away from the app leaving a SumUp Dialog open. In an attempt to address this situation our app will time out and return to the root view controller, but sadly the SumUp dialog remains open, so the next user is greeted with a dialog/error.

Is there any way from code (short of restarting out app) to clear/close all SumUp dialogs and/or reset the SumUp SDK so each new user can be presented with a fresh screen without SumUp dialogs?

Many thanks,

Meurig

Hi @meurig .

That functionality is currently not available. It would be great if you could get in touch with integration@sumup.com so we can better understand your use case and requirements.

Kind regards, Lukas

Hi @mollidor

Please inform the staff that at this point of maturity (for the sdk) this basic feature is more than necessary. It is such disturbing that it's still not present
