Add a Default Progress bar to the Progress page

• A progress bar component is displayed on the Progress page
• The progress bar has a default or initial state, showing a starting point with no progress filled.
• The bar includes space for markers (aside from the WIP plant) to visually represent progress goals. (e.g. points achieved in percentage or some number, points needed to achieve next plant, etc).
• The progress bar is styled to match the app’s theme and is responsive on various screen sizes.
