Players should only be able to change their own intiative #9

Currently players can alter any actor's initiative value. Ideally they should only be able to enter the value for actors they own and when they do it would be cool if it became locked for that round or until the GM unlocked it (through a button or right click action.

That is a really good idea! I'm a bit swamped with other things right now, but I'll put the "only change your own actor" as a todo! I'll have to think a little about the lock though...
