Why: Is your feature request related to a problem?

As a GM or Player, I only want the Adventurer Creation Wizard button in the title bar to appear if the Actor is in Character Creation Mode.

What: Describe the solution you'd like

Show the Adventurer Creation Wizard in Character Creation Mode, hide it otherwise
