XP Gain Rolls Modified by ENC Penalties When They Should Not Be #704

XP Gain Rolls Penalized by ENC

It appears that ENC penalties are incorrectly applied to XP Gain rolls.

How: To Reproduce

  1. Select a character that is currently suffering from an ENC penalty and has an available XP Gain roll on a skill.
  2. Execute the XP Gain roll.
  3. In the roll card, you will see the ENC penalty applied to roll.

Expected behavior

ENC penalties are not applied to XP gain rolls (RAW).
