Merges be-feature-response -> be

🔎 작업 내용

• ApiResponseDto 생성
• ErrorResponseDto 생성
• ResponseUtils 생성
• SuccessType 생성
• ErrorType 생성

🚩 참고 사항

• 응답 성공 : 응답 데이터, 성공 타입(메시지) 존재 - ResponseUtils.ok(T data, SuccessType successType)
• 응답 성공 : 성공 타입(메시지)만 존재 - ResponseUtils.ok(SuccessType successType)
• 응답 실패 - ResponseUtils.error(ErrorResponseDto error)
• 응답 성공은 거의 controller의 response에서 ResponseUtils.ok 사용
• 응답 실패의 경우 service에서 예외 발생-CustomException(ErrorResponseDto error) 후 GlobalExceptionHandler의 response에서 ResponseUtils.error() 사용, service에서 예외 발생 시 CustomException(ErrorResponseDto error) 사용하면 된다.
• 참고 - CustomException과 GlobalExceptionHandler 구현 예정

코드 바로 넣지 말고 HttpStatus.BAD_REQUEST 이런 식으로 넣는게 더 알아보기 좋을 것 같아요!
