`deletem` allows deletion of medical information from contacts without medical information #11

As the title states. In this case, deletem ic/M7654321J simply shows a success message even though the contact with that IC had no prior medical information.

The functionality works nicely and is flexible and not overzealous (does not throw an error), which is good. But perhaps an appropriate alert / warning would be better.
