内容

twitter user_idを使って、現在開催されているspaceが存在する場合はscheduleに登録する
space用のrecorderの実装

対応メモ

[x] 録音中のscheduleにspace_idが存在する場合はscheduleへの登録をスキップする
[x] space用の AddTwitterUserCommand.swift を作る
