The codepoint 0 tofu block is missing from the 5x9 fonts.

Hello @buzmeg, I actually started patching this last October in commit 33de47da8e55739f45f724ab7ca974b29193a0ef but I forgot to reply to here in this thread. :sweat_smile: Please try out the bdf/Tamzen5x9r.bdf file in that commit and see if it solves your issue. If so, I'll complete the patch. Thanks.
