Bug in AtomicGrowingSparseMatrix #41

The indices in the return vectors seem to be not in order.  The .sspace
from HAL 1.0 runs into issues when trying to load because of this problem.

The class needs unit tests to properly identify the problem. 
AtomicGrowingMatrix should probably be checked for a similar problem.

This problem was fixed for the S-Space package paper.
