What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run LSA on any corpus
2. Fire of the SSE and do a get-neighbors
3. Notice all the NaNs
Something changed in one of the recent check ins that broke LSA. The VSM
shares nearly the same code paths and libraries but works fine, so it's likely
in matrix or SVD code.
