[x] I have run bash tests/test.sh on a local deployment and the tests passed successfully

As Rick suggested, I added the counts filter: as least more than 100 counts in at least one sample. I do hard coded the threshold 100 here. Let me know what you think @eclarke :)

Thanks! At some point we should make this a user-specifiable config option :)
