Added 7 new symbols to math text

  1. Unit vector
  2. Bar
  3. Greater than and less than symbol - < and >
  4. Addition symbol - +

Based on @cksachdev instructions I merged https://github.com/mathquill/mathquill/pull/646/files#submit-review this PR to latest mathquill and generated css and js files to support \hat symbol in mathquill
