@Spf.Ipv4 就是根据 google.com 的 
spf信息自动生成的IP库。优点是纯官方库，空IP少，搜索效率�
��；缺点是大部分IP是GFW的重点监视对象。

亚洲的IP能不能用看地区。

这个如何使用？直接选择了以后，就是下拉框选择了spf.ipv4，
然后随机？

2.3.9有bug，不能直接进行宽带测试，需要先进行标准测试以后
才能进行宽带测试，我这里是这样，win8.1-up1-x64.
