Title: Refactor, New CASA Compatibility, and Bug Fix

Changes:

Removed QTeovsa_imager/ and unused files in utils/ for cleaner codebase.
Added casa_compat.py for dynamic CASA tool imports, enhancing version flexibility.
Fixed has_ephem_table undefined issue in utils/helioimage2fits, resolving runtime errors.
