Update the dspec.lwa module #288

Add method to apply correction factors when reading the OVRO-LWA hd5 beamforming files
Add method to do primary beam correction with a predefined sin(alt)^(1.6) function (need to be updated later with a better-fit function).
Add method to subtract an offsun background (very crude at this time.)
