synthax error python windows #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I can't open svmap or any files by pythonwin
2.

i tried with python 3.2 but it's the same

i use windows 7

python 3.x is not supported. They changed the syntax in 3.x so a code update is 
due for that.

Use 2.6+
