Updated payment schema to include patient ID (mandatory) and invoice ID (optional)
Payment CRUD operations simplified
- Only when invoice is linked, then perform invoice insert / update operations
- Otherwise it's a plain payment
UI update in payments form to select invoice related to a patient
Edit payment form does not allow changes to the patient or invoice at the moment (convenience (I'm lazy))
columns and type annotation updates where required
