Allow changing of default desktop backgrounds

Key in gconf is: /desktop/gnome/background

Lots of issues with trying to do this:

• Can change with gconf-editor, but how can we run gconf-editor within the chroot?
• dconf-editor allows you to change this too (key is org.gnome.desktop.background for gnome or org.mate.background for mate etc) - again how do you run dconf-editor inside the chroot without a proper desktop session?
• If we have changed the plymouth background / logo, we have provided sufficient input to the user that the ISO is remastered
• The desktop background should probably be considered a combination of:
  • A USER setting
  • Default provided by the chosen desktop environment

So I am closing this as wontfix
