Sound Problem in RDP 1310 #46

When i reinstalled windows 10, i couldn't able to resolve sound problem even after installing all drivers. Can anyone suggest how to resolve this issue?

Sir, When I purchased RDP 1310 laptop, windows 10 home was built in. Now the windows get corrupted and I installed new copy of windows 10 home in it. Everything is working correctly except sound(I.e. device speaker is not working)

Whether I have to install normal windows 10 64 bit on it or RDP has some customised windows which was built in??
