Feature Request: Progress indicator

Requesting a progress indicator while text size is changing in an open book, or 
when rotating the 
screen. Just a simple spinning wheel like Apple tends to use would be greatly 
appreciated, just to 
make sure that it isn't sitting there twiddling its thumbs doing nothing, or 
frozen.

There is an indicator, but it's stock on the first page of the document.  Not a
convenient place, given that you're at the end of a document when changing 
chapters.

I'll add code to pin it to the scrollview instead of the content view, and that
should fix it.

I'm not sure this will be fixed before the SDK release.
