SDK version? #146

Sorry, couldn't find an appropriate place for this.

Is there an SDK version available somewhere?  I'd like to get started 
packaging up books with the reader for release.

Is there a git repository out there with the branch?

A scratch re-write of Books for the SDK is in progress.  No source is currently
available for the SDK version.
