- Title, section, chapter... 
- Perhaps in user definable font, but smaller than regular text
- Grey in color, lighter than standard text

Any recommendations on an ebook maker softer? For personal use

To the best of my knowledge, none of the commonly available ebook formats make 
this
information available in any kind of parseable metadata format.  Adding the 
display
to Books is easy enough, but there's no where to get the information.
