I wonder is there any requirement regarding the order of the labels in tag when running Scissor. Specifically, if I would like to use a binary phenotype (e.g. 0 for without mutation, 1 for with mutation), then should the tag be ["wt","mutation"] or ["mutation","wt"]? I mean should the tag be in the same order with (0,1) or (1,0) in the phenotype file.
