Windows XP unknown status #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start program on Windows XP machine
2. observe unknown status

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After the first installation, Windows XP should not require an additional 
installation.  The problem is that Windows XP heimdall binary should be 
deployed and used automatically without "installing" heimdall.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Fixed in R128 , R129  .   No known issues on Windows XP.
