Added translation script. #17

The translation script might still get some improvements though.

@gjotten sorry! I was lazy to review it, I was just busy a little bit with something else @ddejong-therp could you test it again with the new changes? I changed it to be able to run from non-wrok-directory path, for example, to issue /home/ubuntu/odoo/translate-modules from /tmp/ path @thomaspaulb could you review it too?

I'm merging it in, it's not a very crucial script so if it's broken it's OK, we'll just fix it again. This way, we can go and use it, and test it while using.
