Raspberry PI 4 Model B 2GB RAM Linux 5.10.52-v7l+ #1440 SMP armv7l GNU/Linux

• Only the LED blinks
• SPI is enabled
• I already add execute permissions to the file: /home/pi/nas-kit/bin/omv-epd
• I already changed the locale: sudo vi /etc/locale.gen to en_US
• the 2 FAN if it is working
