Plugin options not visible in 2.19.4 #30

Hi,

I have upgraded my jenkins to 2.19.4 and installed Capitomcat plugin. I don't see any option to Deploy War file in my job configuration. I see this was an issue in 2.8.x version. Is this still an outstanding issue? It was working in 2.7.x version.

Probably a duplicate of #29, it's also affecting me on 2.36, so probably all 2x versions? @sunggun-yu any ideas for how this can be resolved or at least a workaround?

not visible in version 1.651.3, too。

@qinyujia , now that is strange. What could possibly be common across all of the versions that have this issue? Is it just broken for everyone? If so, what could cause that?

Could it be that the plugin does not declare it's dependencies?
