Cannot load properly in Stremio app/web on Windows 10 ("No catalog entries available") #96

I don't know exactly why, but I am unable to load in Stremio app and web too. It does show my additional addons installed both in PMS and Stremio itself, but when I try searching for something they don't show in the search result list (i.e. I tried searching "Made in Abyss", which I know for a fact is available on Twist.Moe and I have the addon installed, but there is no "Twist Moe" tab in the search results...) This happens with all the addons loaded from PMS. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I was able to run it perfectly when I had Linux...

Update: when I open a title from another source, in the sidebar I can see the PMS addons between the other sources, but for some reason they don't show in actual search results...

Update #2, now it seems it's not showing PMS anime providers results, not even in the sidebar? It won't show Twist Moe results nor Anime From AnimeFever...

Further update, I ran it with verbose option, this was the output:
