long message not work by optional parameter #116

hi

id use 
"http://code.google.com/p/jsmpp/source/browse/trunk/src/java/examples/org/jsmpp/
examples/SubmitLongMessageExample.java" for long message but not work and send 
each message Separate

when i talk by my provider he say you not send header and udhi correctly ....

how send udhi correctly...

please send a full example of submit long message with this udhi
