Re-design the UI interface to organizing all operations on a running experiment #210

* Description of the new feature:
Currently, if user goes to "PacoRunningExperimentsViewController", click on one 
of the experiments, it will pop up a UIAlertView with a few option buttons for 
user to "Edit Schedule", "Stop Experiment", and "Explore Data", and user cannot 
participate an experiment through this interface. On Android, user can 
participate an experiment by clicking on an experiment, and there are three 
buttons for "Edit Schedule", "Stop Experiment", and "Explore Data". 

We need to not only enable participating an experiment inside 
PacoRunningExperimentsViewController, but also provide a better interface flow 
for user to "Edit Schedule", "Stop Experiment", and "Explore Data".

Since we added an extra button in the alert view to enable user to participate 
an experiment, the landscape mode UI is messed up now, check the attached 
screenshot.
