Discard changes dialog appears every time you enter edit mode, even if no changes were made:

This also happens even if "Auto Save Notes" is enabled.

@AVHon Thanks for this issue. Notes & checklists are treated seperately in my app "Auto save notes" only applies for notes. After all, checklists need serious improvements.
