Very simple feature for the time being.

[ ] Add a button to the Help menu to check for updates
[ ] Request a JSON file from the static website with information about the latest release
[ ] Open a browser to the downloads page if the version is outdated
[ ] Otherwise, open a message box that says they are up to date
